26.5mm slam fire launcher – trigger is used as the safety when loading the round. Shell loads in the front tube – round is then secured by the trigger until ready to be fired. When ready, pull the trigger and “slam” the front tube back quickly using the front grip which will cause the round to launch from the tube utilizing the fixed firing pin in the rear tube
